Welcome to Hawks Point! Situated on the campus of Dickinson State University in historic Dickinson, North Dakota, our inviting 55-plus community offers a stimulating environment that enhances the health, quality of life, and educational enrichment of our residents.

Since 2007, Hawks Point has established itself as Western North Dakota’s premier Active Adult Community with our unique cottages and apartments, University programs, and full range of on-site amenities tailored to your personal needs and aspirations.

Connectedness defines the special relationship between Hawks Point and DSU. Aside from being physically connected and mutually accessible via Talon Trail, the two entities thrive because their communities are connected through lifelong learning opportunities. Hawks Point residents are entitled to partake in academic courses, cheer on the Blue Hawks, participate in the Heart River Writer’s Circle, and more. In return, DSU invites the Hawks Point community to share the scope of their knowledge and life experience through tutoring and mentoring college students.
